About Caroline

I am a;

Clinical Hypnotherapist (RTT)

British School of Meditation Teacher

Heart Rate Variance Analyst

Sound Bath Practitioner

FLP Practitioner

I am passionate about wellbeing and resilience, about living our best life and being the most fabulous version of ourselves. I believe that we are all capable of finding joy and happiness whatever our circumstances.

I have spent many years training to become a hypnotherapist and meditation teacher and I am also an experienced heart rate variance analyst (find out about heart rate variance and how it can help you here).

I have worked with clients literally all over the world, in person and online, helping them make what can often be the smallest of adjustments to their daily lives, routines and crucially thinking patterns but which generate truly momentous changes.

I became fascinated by hypnotherapy many years ago, and decided to add it to my skillset as I believe that with the best will in the world it is often hard to overcome deep rooted issues with just the conscious mind, however determined we might be to achieve a goal (lose weight, stop smoking, stop worrying, build confidence etc.).

Knowing why we behave or think as we do is often more than half the battle and so by tapping into our subconscious mind, we can both discover (and eliminate or change) the drivers behind our thoughts and behaviours, and then supercharge the changes necessary to live the life we want.

I am so glad that I did this, hypnotherapy literally proved to be the missing link in the chain – I love how powerful it is and RTT® in particular – it has changed my life and that of clients in so many ways.

We have SO much to talk about! Drop me an email or give me a call if you would like to improve an area of your life which you believe is holding you back from your fullest potential. Find out about the process here.

RTT® can help with so many issues (click here to find out more) and my own areas of particular interest are related to;

Fear of Public Speaking

One of our commonest fears! Learn to love public speaking and lose the nerves.

Weight

Overcoming blocks to reach and maintain our ideal weight.

Relationships

Finding ways to rescue, improve or just get the best out of our relationships.

Confidence and Self-Esteem

Finding ways to improve thinking patterns which literally change our world and life experience so that it becomes easier and more joyful.

Stress and Resilience

Looking at the causes of stress and finding ways to improve our resilience (sleep, exercise, rest, recovery, hydration) and relax our minds though meditation and mindfulness.

Anxiety

Discovering what is holding you back, finding ways to reduce anxiety and increase peace of mind.

If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment.
